We can assist customers throughout Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan and Northeast Indiana, providing sustainable solutions for interior design on remodeling and new construction projects. Sustainable design, also referred to as green or eco-design, incorporates products and practices that minimize the overall impact on our environment. Examples of these products can include solar daylighting, recycled content countertops, water-conserving plumbing fixtures and specialty flooring materials like cork. Design services include: residential, commercial, new construction, major renovations, small remodels and sustainable consulting. Interior design services include: interior color schemes, finish & fixture selections, furniture & hardware selections, complete bathroom & kitchen design, eco-friendly floor & wallcovering options, sustainable countertop & cabinetry options, custom tile blend options, space planning & floor plan layouts, product selection for LEED credits, and energy efficient plumbing fixtures, lighting and mechanical systems. Rapidly renewable bamboo flooring was utilized, along with low-VOC paint. The project also included selection of the room's furnishings and accessories. This kitchen design project consisted of a new faucet, undermount sink and quartz countertops. Eco-friendly marmoleum flooring and a Hakatai recycled glass tile backsplash were also included. Marmoleum flooring and quartz countertops were also used for this bathroom remodeling project. An undermount sink, new faucet and updated wallpaper complete the new look.
